A clothed, or semi-clothed, Seated massage integrating Cupping & IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation) as needed into a 15, 30, 45, or 60 minute treatment to bring immediate & recognizable pain & tension relief. This treatment is best suited for those seeking relief from tension caused by repetitive motion, injury, and/or chronic & acute pain, or for those just looking for the most amount of relief in the shortest amount of time. Choose this treatment for a goal-oriented manual therapy to back, neck, and shoulders, arms, forearms, & hands, this may also include work to rotator cuffs & pecs.
Expect to bring a loose fitted tank top or camisole to wear during this seated treatment, or choose to wear one of our adjustable terry-cloth upper-body wraps. Oil or lotion may be used for this treatment.

Deep tissue targets specific issues for immediate & recognizable structural change by addressing the body’s deep & many layers through focused, detailed work & integrated modalities.
Deep tissue works by first warming up muscle & fascial tissue, layer by layer, moving slowly to give your muscles time to release. While firm pressure can be accommodated, it is our goal to affect change without causing discomfort.
